Weekly bookings are Sat. to Sat. Must book a minimum of three days unless you've talked to us in advance — subject to availability.

Refunds / Cancellations

We understand sometimes things don't work out. We will gladly provide refunds when you cancel within 30 days of your stay — less a processing fee of up to 20%. For a full refund, you must contact us within 24 hours. Contact us to arrange the return — 616-204-8822 or contact@princefamilyvacations.com.

After bookings are confirmed, we will provide lock box and/or key pickup instructions based on your rental location.

General Terms and Conditions

1. Parties or exceeding the occupancy limit is not permitted at any time.
2. Smoking is not permitted within the unit or associated outdoor areas. A minimum $250 fee applies if violated.
3. Quiet hours are 10:00 pm to 9:00 am.
4. The property, appliances, fixtures, and furnishings must be kept in good working order. A minimum $150 fee plus replacement costs applies for missing/damaged items.
5. Pets are permitted only with advance approval. Unauthorized pets incur a minimum $150 fee.
6. All linens are for in-unit use only. Missing linens will incur a $150 charge plus replacement costs.
7. No daily housekeeping service is provided.
8. No refunds for inclement weather unless evacuation is ordered by the National Weather Service.
9. Cancellation policy: Within 24 hours — no penalty. Up to 14 days before check-in — refund minus 20% fee. Within 14 days — first night charged in full, 50% for remaining nights.
10. Guests assume all risks for accidents, injuries, or losses. Prince Family Vacations is not liable for personal property or harm during your stay.

These fees are guidelines for potential additional charges. We aim to be fair and flexible — please communicate with us to avoid issues.

• Party/Over-occupancy Fee: minimum of $500
• Smoking Fee: minimum of $500
• Unauthorized Pet Fee: $150 per day of reservation
• Parking Pass/Key Replacement: minimum of $150
• Excessive Cleaning: minimum of $50/hour
• Unauthorized Late Checkout/Stayover: minimum of $125/hour
• Furniture/Appliance Damage: minimum of $150
